Was this a Fluke for Nkosi?

Coaching matters , especially at this level . He had Jon Richt as his first coach in college . Can anyone tell me who Jon Richt coaches for now ?

OkSt does not have a solid secondary. But Nkosi definitely played well.

You are wrong. They do. They are 36th in pass defense efficiency. Only two 2020 ACC schools were better: Clemson 11th, Notre Dame 20th. For reference, Alabama 27th and Miami 48th.
