I didn't say that Saban himself worked like that, but I bet you that the expectation was that his staff would grind and put in the work. I bet you that the analysts and the other lower end staff were putting in that kind of work, and Saban expected all of his assistants to be prepared, and the ONLY way you can consistently meet that standard is to put in the time.

I know that people believe that Cignetti found some cheat code, but when you look at how his teams are constructed(mostly older guys, so he can run his practices like NFL practices, considering that most of those guys are as old as NFL guys), it explains how he can manage his program that way. For everyone else, you have to put in significant time, a high end program is a 24 hour per day operation, because SOMEONE is always going to be working, someone is always going to be watching film, going over evals.

Anybody else see Sapp at the natty snortin the old bolivian marching powder at the tailgate or just me? Wasn't exactly hiding it...

Yea but his ego is massive. If FSU rolls out the carpet for him, it might be hard to turn down.

Sapp doesn’t have it in him to work especially not a full minimum 8 hours including (2) 15 minute breaks a bunch of disappearing half hour bathroom breaks texting then preparing for lunch then returning and have to digest and begin bathroom breaks again then get ready to go home.

Deduct all that snd Sapp is good for 11/2 stretched hours of trying to remember his computer PW take that away and 35 minutes a day of work .

Nah. If warren was interested in coaching he'd crush it. Reality is warren has always been a dude who's interested in nothing but himself. Not gonna get on too many personal experiences here. But I'll simply leave it at coaching is just a quick come up that deion put him up to and now it's played it's course. Only reason it's still temporarily working for deion is cause he's better with cameras in his face while warren has zero interest in that.
