Sapp is a jag off. He has been a complete douche to fans in the past. So many stories of him being an *** to fans in Tampa Bay during his time there. His antics started a huge fight with Bubba the love sponge when Sapp dissed one of his friends badly at a PR event. I met and hung out with Sapp when he was a freshmen. He was a complete jag off before anyone knew who he was. I saw him throw an old ladies tray across the food court at the Dadeland mall because she had put it down on the empty table well before he sat down. Dude is just not a nice guy!

You don't have to like someone just because he's a cane. Not as extreme but if I was a reptile I'd still despise Hernandez. Sapp is not a decent person. Great player and that's it. I usually just don't say much about him.

He was diving for lobster. I did it for most of my life. His wound was on the wrist or lower arm. It looked like an elongated wound. This is a typical scrape you get from coral when you reach into a hole in the reef (Where the lobsters retreat to). I don't want to question Sapp but my guess is this is what happened and that there was a sand shark in the area as there frequently are and he perhaps got presumptious. I have never heard of a diver being attacked although a bull shark creeped up behind me once while is was preoccupied with getting lobster out of a reef and stole my lobster bag with several lobsters right next to my leg. That got my attention. If Sapp had said a Moray Eel that would make sense. They live in the reef withe lobsters. Been there done that.

Also, anyone whose dealt with him for even 1 minute knows what a complete a-hole and nasty person he is. Love our ex players, wish he wasn't one of them. A terrible person

I've dealt w him, and he was hella cool. His personality is just different, but when ur from the hood, u get that type. I acknowledge he's a jerk, but the same can be said about Shockey and no one gives him the grief that some of ya'll give Sapp.
 
Poor shark probably died afterwards from Sapp's poisonous personality. Been around him on multiple occasions when he was at Tampa and trust me he's the Hindenburg of ********.
 
This was a battle of who wanted that lobster more.

Dude first rule of lobster diving with sharks. Let them have it.

I forget what movie it's from, but I'll never forget the saying "Just because I love you (as family) doesn't mean I have to like you." This applies to Warren in droves. He was one of the best dudes to ever lace em up, but he's far from a likeable person. And it's ok to call it how you see it. I'm quite sure Sapp doesn't give a flying **** what we think of him.

Makes more sense than my thought that a mean nasty waitress did it after he left a two cent tip.
