Remember when we bashed them for saying Golden was terrible and couldn't get it done here? Not saying they are great guys but wow were they right!

Speak for yourself. The smarter posters weren't bashing those two for their correct observations about Golden.

Most people with an IQ in the triple digits saw that Golden wasn't the coach by 2013 at the very latest. "Mopes" were right for the third straight head coach.
 
i agreed with them back in the day, for the most part though they were trashed and basically shunned from the U family by many canes fans
 
There are two types of people we are talking about here: those who can put bias and homerism aside and make realistic and truth based observations and those who let their hopes and dreams cloud their vision. The latter so desperately want to see something that isn't there and for every one good thing that happens, erase from their consciousness the 10 bad things. I used to be a latter. Jacory and Randy Shannon turned me into a former.
 
Mea culpa. I confess to bashing both. They were right. Sometimes the biggest *** speaks truth. I am going to take another look at Trump -- maybe he is right too.
 
Sileo got released because he trashed the relationship between QAM and the University. He was right about Golden all along and nobody would admit it, especially on QAM. Once he started intimating that Donna knew what was going on with Nevin but didn't do anything about it, the University put pressure on the station to let him go. Which the did. Sileo has always been a loose cannon. But he and Sapp had Golden's number.

I remember when Sapp went after Golden and said the only player that are welcomed back are those who donate.

This was after Golden made that speech that he wants every former player back
 
I gave up on Kim Jong Al after we lost to Virgina (road game) in 2011.. It was shoot out and Gionni Paul got victimized as "he sucks" etc.. At that point, I recall looking at my bro and saying to myself "WTF is this, we are a NBA defense allowing 80 PPG's" SMH..

I never liked the hire when I found out at temple he had more talent and still lost . Fck him
