If I were you The Utah fans with be flashing the u symbol all morning calling themselves the real u I can see it now it's gone be alot of people out there that don't know they refer to themselves as the u I feel it's gone be a love fest for them with the gameday people I ain't watching this week

"The U" has never accomplished anything. The Miami Hurricanes have won 6 MNC's. Maybe we should let the Utes have that worthless moniker.

This might be the one time I quote you and agree with you.

The only thing "The U" and that stupid hand sign remind me of is 10+ years of terrible football and an inept administration. Could care less about Utah claiming the hand sign or slogan.

We have much bigger issues.

They can claim it. But in reality they haven't done much more than us.

Keep in mind I mean NC's not BCS and all that. Utah has NO history.

The only reason everyone claims "The U" is becuz of what The University of Miami did. It's like when the kid down the street from you starts smelling his **** a little bit. Reality will set in
 
On the list of embarrassing, sickening, and unwatchable moments of the last decade, particularly the last few years, a bunch of shut-in Mormons throwing up some meaningless "symbol" of a university barely on the map of the college football scale doesn't even stir an ounce of emotion from my soul.

We were always Miami and we were always great now we are THE U and we suck

I went to the U in the mid to late 80's and live here in SLC now. When ever they say they are the U I just tell them when they win a NC in anything other tan woman's gymnastics they can talk about being the U. They shut up and move on.
Unfortunately they are much closer to winning that NC in football than us .

As far as being a Mormon Sh#t hole keep believing that too many people here as it is. And no I'm not Mormon.
 
Whoever is the new coach next yr will win coastal and have a sleeper playoff team next yr.oline is back an Kayaa and yearby will be nasty
 
We are now "Miami of Florida" so as not to be confused with Miami of Ohio. On the field, it is very difficult to tell the difference (the Ohio one only lost by 3 to Cincy...). The Utes deserve, and can have, the U moniker.
 
i didn't know there were any Canes fans still watching College Gameday, reading ESPN, etc? They never talk about us anyways except to kick us while we're down. Why would anyone EVER watch that crap?
 
Utah fans need to come up with something of their own & forget about drawing attention to THE U. There's only ONE U & it's NOT them! Have to admit some of the signs on Gameday are hilarious. One on Saturday said 'Rudy Sucks'....:sneakiness:

The Canes were the scourge of college football. Ever since this U stuff started its been downhill.

I thought you were going to say how much they will be bashing the "Candy Canes". I actually hope they pull every $hitty statistic about Folden and post it again for the world to see.
