Watching the Guardians and Walters just left the game with what appears to be a shoulder/arm injury. He was grimacing in pain and by his reaction doesn't look real good. He had just given up a homer to Soler but overall has looked solid pitching for the Guardians in limited action. Hopefully nothing too serious...

Just saw the video on twitter. Looked like a lat strain where he was grabbing.

Never happened to me playing but happened a few years ago after I played slow pitch on back day. Tried to throw a runner out at 3rd from left center and I immediately went to that same spot at the back of the armpit.
