**** this sucks. I thought he'd be the perfect FB in our power run game.

What gave you that feeling about him? Was it him never making a play his entire time here and getting beat out last year by a horrible player?

That was coley's offense. Richt uses the FB in I-formation, power running game, goal line situations. Even sneaks the FB out on pass plays.

We are razor thin at RB. We have anyone we can move there. Can Berrios or Bruce get spot time there?

Actually, it might sound crazy but I think Berrios would make a GREAT 3rd down back. He rushed for 1,200 yds and 23 tds as a junior in HS.

He would be impossible to cover out of the backfield.

Didn't like the way he was being used? I'm sorry, how many other D1 scholarship offers did he have? Dude was handed a check for $200,000 (cost of tuition for four years at Miami) to attend the #1 school in his home state and all he has to do is wake up early, lift, eat and **** *****es and he's complaining? **** 'em. Batten or whatever his name was playing over tucker last year. u guys are unreal. you will sit on here and say Gus Edwards sucks but act like Tucker is the next willis mcgahee. lets end this thread. His father is a customer of mine and I know he wasn't really crazy about Al Golden. I figured the Richt hire would have been a positive but I guess not. Maybe he just wants to transfer somewhere he'll actually get some burn. It's all good. Hope he finds success.

Depends on if we run Richt's UGA offense, we would use one then, or his FSU offense when one would be used but pretty rare and only in distinct scoring and short yardage situations.

That's blatantly false. His fsu fullback is a good friend of mine & was an all conference 2x & an all American his last year. His name is Zack Crockett. Remember that?

How about moving Herndon to the FB position? He brings versatility in that he could catch and run (probably), he's athletic enough...Maybe Richt could carve out an H-Back role similar to the way he used Orson Charles, who was kind of a tweener at Georgia..
