2025 Walter Mathis, DL - Calvary Day School (Savannah, GA) offered + official visit set

Miami will host him on an official visit this weekend after hosting Mathis in March. It could be a solid bet that the Hurricanes make up the other half of his top-two.

But Auburn has entered the picture and will host him for a mid-week official visit starting June 10.

A 3 star? What a joke. This kid’s motor and athleticism are very impressive
 
So his competition is apparently weak and D$ said he's closer to 6'0 than 6'3.

Regardless, I like the way he plays.

The comp overall isn’t great especially with city public schools. But they beat Savannah Christian(Elijah Griffins team) and lost deep in States to a very good Cedar Grove team by a TD last year.

Calvary has had and does have some top end talent. Qb went to Tenn last year. Thomas Blackshear is their top skill guy going to UGa.
