Walker

You know something we don't know? I don't have high expectations for him for this upcoming season.
D$ said he wasn’t practicing, so that is why I asked the question....

Why risk him getting hurt in practice if he’s going to likely redshirt? Rather him shirt and spend most of his time with Feeley and on scout team.

Great question, OP. And sorry to who this offends but I’m willing to say what no one wants to say...

If you talk to anyone that knows the situation with his parents, you know that UF realized the truth too late and immediately started pumping out the narrative that they got played by the Walkers. That is not the whole truth.

Most people know the “player” Issiah Walker was a composite 4* OL in demand by everyone under the sun. But the real Issiah Walker?

He died in 2008 in an Oldsmobile accident, at the age of seven.

Ever since that day his parents have been raising him as a ghost, hoping to raise awareness of specters and erase many of the stigmas surrounding unrested souls. In the paranormal community they are very highly regarded, and routinely do interviews on prestigious shows like Alex Jones and others.

I applaud you, OP, for bringing this issue to light. Manny is very different than Dopey Dan and isn’t afraid of putting the U on a young man who just so happens to exist in the creases of the mortal and immortal plane. (He’s even gotten a medium on staff to help Issiah with academics and to tone down the hauntings in dorms).

That’s the real story behind the delay in his waiver, because the NCAA isn't sure it can handle what will come next if Walker plays this year. There’s concern it will set a ghastly precedent and before you know it the undead will be wanting to unionize and demand representation (trust me no one wants that to happen).

I’ll admit it’s a slippery slope, but I hope our boy gets in!
