I had a tough time sleeping and because the reality is that The U has regressed! Their appears to be break downs within the organization, Richt talking about loyalty and staying together, OC play calling is in shambles, QB is probalmatic and doubts are everywhere, and this with a very talented team!

Tough decisions coming; OC must be hired, QB coach must be addressed, Searels must receive his walking papers as no progress has been made in 3 years, specials teams must, must be addressed.

Manny Díaz must receive a raise as his side is the best thing happening for The U and we do have an inside practice facility.

Well folks, I have to find a way to move on because this CANES withdrawal hurts! Have a good week!

I feel you Bro and it continues to amaze me with how The Man can maintain his support from an organization when his performance is so obviously bad. Pick who you want on this staff.
 
I agree with everything. Must have an OC, must get rid of Searles, and must do what it takes to keep Diaz happy.
 
Realistically they aren’t going to fire Mark Richt, i personally can’t see that happening but what we as Miami fans need to do is put pressure on richt to renounce himself from being an offensive coordinator and hire someone else because I have Never see a coach squander so much offensive talent that richt is doing right now
 
Richt is awful, didn’t want to believe it but it’s true. We quickly hired a coach who was fired for underachieving, you can’t explain that
 
I hope his "tough decisions" really translate to what we are hoping - an honest look at the OC spot - but it will more than likely mean having talks with Perry/Rosier and trying to put that fire out and looking at "scheme".

I think the team is teetering on a tailspin and losing their heart is not out of the question. DeeJay posted a story on Instagram after the game; just "....." and while it may seem that I'm reading into it, I think it says more than enough about what the team is thinking. This is DeeJay, the #1 Miami Ambassador showing obvious doubt on where the team is going and what just happened.

Just my opinion but I'd give the D an edge this year over last. Not sure what imprint corch has there, but the NOffense and special ed teams have regressed, IMO. Year 3
