If a team is severely underperforming and players have shown no progress in year 3 it falls on the guy making 4 mil to make sure none of those things happen. I didn’t think someone could have problems understanding such a simple concept.

Al Golden was great It was just the players just sucked. Randy Shannon wasn’t out there playing when UVA beat us 48-0 so he shouldn’t have been fired. That’s your logic and you’re sticking to it.
