I’ve always liked Clawson. He has a knack for finding good coordinators. Ruggiero is one of the best in the country. Mike Elko came from Wake. Hemphill is very good as well I think he had them up there pretty high a year ago and has been DC of the year in the FCS. All with probably the least talent (recruiting rankings) in the conference.

63rd recruiting class average in the last 5 years. Very few do more with less, it's impressive.
