Was thinking the same thing. Has anyone in the country had a better pass defense collectively over 3.5 years since manny has been here? But sheep after sheep just talk like every QB an opponent rolls out there just shreds the defense.
So, in the last 5 years, including earlier this season against UNC, teams that have debuted a new starting QB against Miami are 4-0. That includes a 7-6 Cincinnati team in 2015, and a 2017 Pittsburgh team that was 4-7 heading into their season finale against the 10-0 Miami Hurricanes.
Can Virginia Tech exploit Miami’s struggles against 1st time starters?
For something that should go in Miami’s favor, it surely hasn’t in recent years.
