Bud foster he's not ready to be a head coach yet?

Geez I'd love to play defense the way v tech does in your face man coverage beat us if you can were blitzing every down wow impressive
 
Yawn. That QB for Ohio St. is awful and they have trash at their skill positions. This wasn't some great job by Foster. Remember, NoD st down OSU in 2011 with a real QB at the helm in Miller.

2013 - 8 & 5

Yes beamer is great but 3 and 4 loss seasons are not unusual
and this fan base would run him outta town
probably have a banner flown at a less than 50% attended home game
 
Bud foster would get run out of here too as a HC....yea his defense is good, but we dont know anything about his recruting. Will he just recruit in fla or would he stick to his roots in va????? Some people just need to stay DC's. If he came over here as a DC then i would be juiced....as a HC im not so sure

Any word out of Columbus on Urban and chest pains? Another loss and he'll be on the prowl for a network studio gig.
 
Props to VT always scheduling tough OOC games.

Bud Foster essentially invented his defense, particularly their base coverage.

2011 was when tressel got whacked, pryor left early, and fickell was coach. bauserman was starting qb against miami

bauserman went 2/14 for 13 yards...it was the worst qb performance i've ever seen lol. he was literally throwing balls into the dirt. ******* embarrassing.

not sure who NoD st is but that was an awful team.

edit: and if NoD st is miami i don'really think you beat miller. he went 2/4 in mop-up duty....hardly a full game. now that i'm looking at the box score he had 7 rushes..so ok he was in there for a few drives.

claim what you want.

VagTeck is lucky they didn't have to face the Heisman kid.

Still...they are light years ahead of us corching wise.

i think they are light years of us (osu) coaching wise.

that blitz d was badass...and they never went out of man coverage..why would they? the receivers were covered and the blitzes were working. so they stacked the box and kept blitzing. it was a clinic. 9 sacks.

i don't know how many hurries. i lost count.

osu did little that i could see to counter that blitz. no screens, no draws, no slants. shameful.

Yep...things are a little different when your Heisman guy isn't taking the 1st team snaps.

miller could cover a lot of flaws...but yikes man.

not even mention the d.

osu is not a good team right now. maybe around top 40 or so. that's it.

im already looking at 2015 <snif>
