VT score predictions

I think they're coming into a hornet's nest and have no clue what's about to hit them. I think we kick their ***. No clue what the final score will be, but I think we come out at playing with our hair on fire, feed on a jammed and jacked up Joe Robbie Stadium, and beat them up.

If you're a UM fan, and you're shaking over Vag Tech and acting inferior to a team that even Folden out-recruited, then please don't have any male children because they'll be washrags their whole lives.

You're supposed to be a smarter football mind than this response. Miami has shown zero ability to lay the wood to good teams. Our Oline play is suspect and the QB play is inconsistent. I would also say they have a better staff, especially defensively. You guys always talk about recruiting as if it's that simple. Its about football players who are also good athletes, not just flashy stars.

Never heard of ya

We 'monkey stomp' these turkeys. Just like that angry chimpanzee in Connecticut that ripped the woman's face clean off.

I think that we lose to ND, but this VT QB has no idea what he will face. We stop VT cold on their first drive and proceed from there.

There will be 67,500 rabid, Hurricane fans screaming and hollering all game long. VT has no chance.

I mean I can see if we were playing Bama & you were picking against us. Ok, fine. Vt though, you’re a cvnt if your picking against us. Like they’re some powerhouse.

Since you guys like to use our thin margin of victory to invalidate our entire season, I'm revising my prediction.

Clemson beat VT, SU beat Clemson, we beat SU... so, I'm not even sure why we're playing this game.

UM 42
VT 3

The transitive property. I can always count on this board for some good logical fallacies :monkey-serious:

Troll somewhere else, your period blood may attract bears.

It's gonna be a slugfest between two good defenses, I don't see the hype over VT's QB, I think we have a, at least marginally, better offense than they do and the home field pushes us over the line.

It not the hype more so then our inability to keep drives alive and scores TDs no matter the field position.

people guessing in the 30s have either not been watching us play or don't know that VT gives up 11 points a game.. ..

i'm hoping for a 17-13 slug fest and another "we escaped" situation...

It could be high scoring in our favor if we could just score points off all the TOs we get.
Hopefully this is the game we score some points on Defense.

Rosier's ability to move is the difference in this game. Not necessarily to be able to gain yards on designed runs, but to escape the chaos that Tech will unleash. Kaaya had no way out - it wasn't part of his game. Either we have a moving pocket, or Rosier is able to slip the rush and move around to get enough time for the receivers to come open. I have to do a little more research to see if we can have an effective run game against them, but I'm not overly optimistic.

I think this one is close, close, close and low scoring. Our redzone woes will rear their ugly head and this will become a game of both teams moving between the 20's but not punching it in. FG battle and I think Badge is an advantage for us over most every opponent. Both defenses will be laying the wood.

Canes win in ugly fashion again...I think a late TD vs a tired Tech defense wins it, again in heart-stopping fashion. Canes 22 Tech 16

LOL @ the so called UM fans on here predicting we lose. ***** you gonna watch the game for then? Stay home and watch "American Ninja Warrior" and sell your seat on Stubhub.

That said, we will find out pre kickoff if Gtech beats UVA which I expect they will..with the ACC coastal on the line, on our home field, in front of our fans..these kids wont let this moment slip by. They know how long its been since we have waited for this chance to finally break through and win the **** Coastal and go to Charlotte.

They will show up and show out...no blowout..but a hard fought victory and lots of celebrating afterwards with the fan base. Cant wait!!

24-14, UM

2017 ACC Coastal Champions come midnight Saturday night.

Last year against VT was our worst performance from a pass protection standpoint and run defense.

Kaaya was sacked 8 times and VT ran for 250. McMilliam had his only 100 yard game over the last two years against us last year.

I actually view this as a good thing. Richt and Manny will scheme around last years result and it comes out favorable for us this year.

And Ahmonn Richards needs to show up.
