It all depends on how they did things to make sure you dont vote twice . If they are doing it by ip address, then in your vpn app, just hit reconnect And it will connect you to a different ip address masking you thus when you open a new private browser and go to the voting page, it will register a new ip address thus allowing you to vote. Keep redoing this as much as you want cause everytine you reconnect your vpn you get a new ip address
