Yes he does, he recently stated he would like to stay in the state of florida but there are no guarantees he will

Kentucky is slow playing him and his HL tape is not impressive

I like 2014 WR David Njoku from NJ, slightly more than WR Moral Stephens ; from a potential side because of his redzone potential to high point the ball. But would take whoever commits to UM first and can potentially EE.

Njoku is the better prospect. Adding him and Langham for the outside and Dixon and Berrios for the inside is a nice WR haul.
