Could be one of those things where he forgot to pay some parking tickets, which can lead to a suspended license. That said, JV has to take care of that, I doubt he's doing anything nefarious.

he had a court date. the arrest stemmed from a bench warrant. thats just stupidity.

per court records, his license was suspended since 2023 LOL. he also was driving with expired tags which led to the stop. the tags expired in 2024.

I mean, is he not an adult? this is just basic stuff. its one of those things where you just get booked and released but still. this is some basic stuff.
