Before I get down votes hear me out. Urban will un-retire and coach the Canes in 2020 or 2021 depending on how things go.

You may say why? 54 years old and multiple championships. In a year or two he will still be mid 50s. IDGAF what he is to everyone right now. He is one thing we haven't had in two decades if ever, a proven winner. Also,

1. Money, we have it believe it or not.
2. Has "morals" which go hand in hand with our shell shocked AD and BOT.
3. Winner at any place he has gone. Will win at Miami.
4. More money.
5. Richt will not make substantial changes and lose more than he should next year. Fans and boosters will once again force a change.
6. Sunshine of South Florida trumps the cold of South Bend. Really who wants to live there? Plus Kelly won't be going anywhere. Don't give me USCW either. That school is worse than Miami. Reggie Bush fumbled away a national champ as well as their relevancy.
7. Less travel, a lot of big time players reside in the Tri-county area.
8. Even More money.
9. ACC coastal is easiest division in college football.
10. Comparatively he will have less pressure.

Some will say Miami is not "big enough". Give me a fuggin break. Miami is certainly big enough. Unlike OSU if Urban wins #6 for Miami he will be a gawd to everyone. You'll sing his praises and he will be beloved until he bolts. Now, bring on the hate.....

The BOT was afraid to hire Butch.
No perceivable scenario where that douchebag ends up here.
He has to go to schools where rape and other illicit behavior gets sent to the police paper shredder.

FSU absolutely.

Pedophile protector state, highly likely.

Gainesville will roll the red carpet with theire BOT on there knees ready for a penile tonsillectomy.

Alabama if Nicky retires and Davo stays put.

UM? No fugging way.

Miami couldn't afford him.

Meyer comes with a staff that is also too rich for our blood.

Meyer also comes with infrastructure we do not have, nor have the money to build and implement.

If he ever comes out retirement, its not to nickel and dime.

Ain't happening for one reason. The schedule for 2019 is a cake walk for Richt to navigate. I've said it on other posts and I'll say it here, the schedule sets up nicely for a 9-1 or 10-0 season. Look at who we play and you'll see that three teams have new coaches who will need to rebuild/retool, Central Michigan just went 1-11 this year, V.T. and Pitt can't throw the ball worth a crap (worse than us), Virginia loses 3/4 of their secondary. That leaves Florida and Fla St being the only teams that could challenge us next year. So even if Average Richt loses 2 games, he will more than likely win the Coastal and Miami will be in another ACCCG game. The 2nd time in 3 years which means he ain't going nowhere!

If you’re against this you don’t want to win.

I don’t think it would ever happen under gender-confused Blake James, though.

One thing for sure he WILL coach again I guarantee it, its in his blood he can't get rid of it. Don't think he has any interest in the league, just the unknown of it. He knows he can win at college level and now days not much difference in money. He would prolly win a chip here faster than any coach alive including slick nick

I can't stand OSUck or really even Meyer, but the guy wins, has a lot of South Florida (especially STA) on lockdown and is a monumental upgrade over Mark "Family First" Richt.

Alas, everyone wanting him fired at the begining of the year, including a whole bunch of CIS posters, makes the BOT's predilection of doing nothing an easy reality when it would come to Urban. Gayturd-lover McMurphy helps seal our fate, with an assist from some of our own fans...What a sad joke.

Watch yourself, talkin bout Mork here, if they have any pulse at all their a legit threat. Can't wait for the continuing quarterback carousel next year, will it stay a 2 man carousel or possibly go to 3. Gotta love a 3 man carousel guys, doin doin doin, doin the Mork. We don't need that humpty song we got da Mork

Interestingly enough, Colin Cowherd said that Urban Meyer doesn't want a pro job and would only consider un-retiring for one specific college job "that may open up in the next year or two".

I had guessed it was USC but Miami could be an interesting take.
Urban wants to coach at Notre Douche (he said so many times) .... that will be where his sorry *** ends up.

Heard that before... recently it feels like...

I'll say what I want especially when it's the truth. Look at the schedule. Everyone wants to down vote me or say that I should stop being a "slurper" but no one wants to tell me where I'm wrong. UNC, Louisville and GT all have new coaches for a reason and it ain't because they are good. Duke loses Jones and a ton of SR starters...that isn't going to make them better. Virginia loses 3/4 of their secondary and a couple of starting lineman. Pitt and VT can't throw the ball and are worse than us offensively.

TELL ME WHERE I'M WRONG? You can't because the facts are on my side. Richt and his staff will rebound with a 9-1 or 10-0 record and another ACCCG title game. **** he could lose 2 games in the ACC and still win the Coastal.

It's not what you guys want to hear but it's the truth. The ACC sucks and even though we suck also, we are better than most teams in the ACC excluding Clemson. Get used to Richt being here for a long time to come.

Notre Dame, but not likely to be available anytime soon.

I was also wondering who Colin was referencing and imagined the same. I also thought USC or Notre Dame initially.
