Terrible experience going 4-2 as a first time starter, 13 tds to 6 ints vs someone who has

So Georgia tech perry led us on a scoring drive in the 4th defense doesn't get the ball back they run the clock out, duke we're driving down the field multiple times I think this is the game DJ fumbles twice in the second half. You're picking and choosing stats to match your narrative. He finished the year 4-2 as the starter and threw 13 tds to 6 picks no he wasn't perfect by any means. He was a first year starter people seem to forget that, behind a bad o-line and oh yeah his receivers dropped 22 passes for him last year as well. Yet here we are almost into a new season and everyone else on the team is forgiven for any mistakes they made last year but N'Kosi who from the outside looking in looks like he has matured and done all of the things the coaches have asked should be knocked be of his experience?

Hold up. You presented the question:
Question how do you trust Jarren more than Kosi? Last year Jarren gave up on the team and himself then was ready to transfer in December. Do you think he has changed and N’Kosi hasn’t?

I presented you with reasons why I think criticizing Williams for thinking about going to the transfer portal--yet not actually doing it--is unfair. This wasn't some Kelly Bryant type situation where he didn't get QB1 so he pouted and took off to Mizzou. Miami was in the middle of a coaching/coordinator transition time--transferring is fair game. You said Jarren gave up on the team and himself--on what grounds can you make that claim? For what? Is it such a crime for a freshman to consider all his options completely in uncertain times? He's still a Canes is he not?

GTech
You talk to me about Georgia Tech like I didn't just pay $400.00 last year to sit in some good bleachers seats getting frostbite on my *** with my two kids to see Perry run an ineffective offense that couldn't squeak out the win in a divisional clinching match-up. The L is still the L and in one possession couldn't flip it to a W. Be real, I was there, fans we're leaving near the 4th. The game was pretty much over by then.

Duke (@Home)
Shared washout game with Rosier, who started. Perry gets in the beginning for 4th QTR and between the both of them could only muster 12 points against lowly Duke in their first win against Miami in Miami since '76. Is Perry responsible for the fumbles and the strips? No, of course not. Is he responsible for the two sacks against him and his abysmal 31% completion percentage? Absolutely.

"He finished 4-2 as the starter"
...and...
"In games he took snaps in he was 7-4*"

*7-4 includes Savannah State, Toledo, FIU, and UNC (who coincidentally finished last in the ACC Coastal).

So let's not fluff up numbers here. 4-2? 7-4? None of those are Miami Hurricanes football records to be proud of. Neither is having a 50% completion percentage and getting 13 sacks on the year.

For the record I don't have a narrative. You missed my point which was to undermine the argument that Jarren Williams ought to be crucified for daring to think about transferring to another program. The second point was dissect the argument that Jarren Williams' lack of experience is a major flaw in selecting him to be Quarterback_1. You cannot say in one breath that Jarren Williams lacks experience therefor he should not start and in the same breath say that N'kosi Perry has experience therefor he should start; especially when you consider Perry's stats are pretty average/below average. I still give him credit for the intangible's that have earned him his place in Miami Lore--namely the epic 2018 Come-From-Behind victory versus FSU. That single event though does not a QB1 make. His entire body of work must be considered and "Impressive" is not a term I would use to describe it.

The word on the street is...or should I say...rumor has it that Nelson struggled mightily in the last scrimmage and may be unseated.

He’s more talented than that, just rare for tight ends to go higher. It happens like this year but they’re devalued draft stock wise
my man, u a believer like me. As soon as i saw the HS tape I said holy **** who is that guy then Pete was like hes the best player of the cycle during paradise and I believed it without any hesitation
