This line is about right.

The only team we dominated for four quarters in Bethune.

That said, I think the team feels the disrespect and will play with a chip on its shoulder Saturday night. I think we win by a 10 point margin. What will really bust my noggin will be the opening line on Catholics vs. Convicts, assuming we win this game.
 
If Rosier has a good game, The Canes win by 7.

If Rosier struggles with his accuracy, Va Tech by 4.

We’ve looked bad. I’m not too surprise avoid the line movement.

If anything, I’m more surprised at the opening line. Honestly, we deserve to be dogs.

But I think this is a gritty team that plays to its competitions level. It’ll be a dog fight Saturday night.

I can’t say I disagree. I do however think it’s a good thing were dogs. I think were gonna play lights out because of it.

People don't watch us play. They look at the final score and say hmm, they should've won by more. Clemson's loss to Syracuse was completely forgiven, and we play them close and drop below them. One thing I'll say is that our team looks like they're lacking focus. This should help them get their minds right, but I've been saying that after the past few weeks.

Just finished rewatchong game again and hopefully that was Malik's worst game of year. Man he made some bad decisions and throws. Richt needs to move him a little in pocket rather than just being a Kaaya back there.OL also got whipped several plays by that beat up NC front. Not sure what happened to AR, just not creating space and dropping balls he should be catching asleep. Defense got gashed several times by just being out of position, partially due to blitzes. Correct most of this and beat VT by 7-9 points.

Vt has struggled to run this year. Fits right into our hands. We beat Dungey into submission & I see something similair in this game. All I know is our boys are going to be flying around. Saturday abc 8pm sellout blackout biggest game in 15 year & WERE UNDERDOGS. I’d hate to be Josh Jackson. I think he’s a dead man walking.

This will be the loudest Hurricane game in the short history at Sun Life/Land Shark/Hard Rock IMO.
65,325 people and me will help the Canes clinch their first Coastal title.

TV ratings will back this up. Remove the Clemson game from the equation.

And also because I watch our team and have seen how bad we've looked for 4 straight weeks and by the look of VT scores they have been getting better each week. And before you say the Duke game it was in a monsoon
 
Miami was never going to be favored, not with the power rating disparity in Virginia Tech's favor. That is the source of the pointspread, as I've emphasized countless times.

Only the supreme dunces believe otherwise.

Las Vegas is not trying to balance the action. The power rating method serves to balance the action. Not complicated.

There are a couple of online outfits -- Betonline.com and Sportsbetting.com -- that are linked and use the same line. Nobody respects them. They go up early with low limits and flimsy numbers. Basically they want to brag about going first.

Those are the only two spots that opened with Miami the favorite. It lasted less than 15 minutes. Then the more reputable books opened with Virginia Tech the favorite, so the two flimsy outfits scrambled to fall in line.

Every year I have no idea why anybody cares about those two online sites. Just wait a half hour or less and you have an actual number to quote. 5Dimes and Pinnacle are the two big guns that always go up fairly early.

I'm not digging them up at 1:30 am. Because that was a huge national game against two highly ranked teams so the rating will be crazy high. We haven't played a game of that magnitude yet, till Saturday.
