Looks like UM dodged another problem by losing Valentine. Nigel Bethel and Dalvin Cook would be two others.

Moten was recruited in the same class as Valentine, played the same position, and was highly rated. Any reports on his progress? I had high hopes for him at D-tackle. Or is he another bright prospect wasted by Golden and Dorrito?

Of course, UM is not without its problem children. Figueroa is a good example. He could have developed into a feared defensive player as he assaulted opposing players on the field. Instead, he faces criminal charges for sexual assault. At least UM has cut such problems loose. I wonder how many programs shelter such problems. Hint: Major programs north of Miami-Dade.

On another note, I am glad that AQM is back in the fold. I thought that his suspension was a bad deal. Let's hope that he plays with "attitude" after this experience.
 
Kid is a loser. Had fake grades at a fake high school. Gets a chance at LSU without having to go the prep school/JUCO route. Blows it. Loser.

If not, uhhh, wut? Feeling bad for the kid for being a f@ck up? Can't pass a drug test and can't pay attention in class (if he even attended classes)? Nothing to feel bad for. It's all on him. He wasn't given a raw deal.

Another win for Al! Al knew this kid would never make it into school, so he cut ties with the kid and let the kid save face. Awesome work, Al!
 
Genron...a molder of men! I hope all the kids in South Fl take notice of the role that scumbag played in all this. Valentine deserves a lot of the blame, but Genron mentored this kid right down the Bemis.
