Yes and yes. I always worry about VT and FSU even when they're garbage. I'll admit I'm less worried this year what with all the record-setting and point-scoring and all, but still.
I always worry about it. You've gotta go out and play the game.

Bain has been out for effectively 4 games this year (barely played in the 1st qtr of the Gaytor game), so it will be interesting to see how long it takes him to get his groove back.

If he plays up to 2023 standards, this DL, with Bain back in, might be the best in all of CFB. As always, we'll see...

Isn’t their qb nursing an injury sustained last game? I mean looks like the guy we just faced. Could run but can’t throw. And I heard their OL sucks too.

This is completely false that they always “play us tough”

We are 8-3 in the last 11 and have beaten them by double digits in 6 of them

Dry out your wet bulb brother

This.

We've beaten them 3 times in a row, although 2 of those games were 1 score games.

But 7-2 in the last 9 against them.

They're pretty average this year. SP+ has them at 40th, 7 spots worse than the gator.

The line started at -17 and has already been bet up to -19. Miami is a ******* wagon this year. I'll say this every week because it's college football, but we're not going to win every game by 20+. At some point, we'll play poorly and the other team will play their A game, and we'll be in a dog fight. But I'd be pretty surprised if it's this week. This team is really juiced up right now, they know how good they are, and they get the first ACC game at home, with the whole country watching. They'll be ready. VT hasn't averaged more than 6.2 yards a play against anyone all year, I just don't see how they can score enough to beat us unless we completely meltdown.
