We better not take UVA lightly after they just beat UNC on the road. Also, their record has been skewed by the after-effects of the tragedy they experienced plus a rash of injuries. If TVD starts but doesn’t finish due to injuries or Emory starts & we have a very conservative game plan, this could be an absolute grind: Canes 24 UVA 20

If Emory plays a lot in this game, I hope they’ll open up the playbook a little more. He’s smart & makes good decisions.

I’ve got a quiet confidence about covering the spread on this one. Maybe I’m delusional but I like the matchup our run game creates. They aren’t good on third down either side of the ball. They give up a lot of sacks and don’t rush the passer particularly well.

Not an unreasonable take that out OL should be demonstrably better than their front 7. And that our front 7 should be better than their OL. Limit TOs and you avoid another GT nightmare.
