That's where the expanded eligibility rules have truly helped teams. If you can get an older OL together, even if they aren't as talented as some of the DL they will face, there's something to be said for grown men playing youngsters.

First time you will see them vs a real team is acc championship. Maybe SMU, but I predict they will struggle to match UVA in the trenches and won't be a true representation.

They could very well end up on the other side in the ACCCG. NCST doesn't look very good, but UVA looks like they are gonna be a tough opponent for teams with the way they can run that read option, Oline blocking, QB run, etc.

There's a reason why programs like Iowa, Wisconsin and Notre Dame don't start freshman. And they've produced a ****load of very good offensive line talent, regardless of the recruiting ranking.

Every new guy coming in sits a year, purely focusing on weights, footwork and watching film. After that, they're good to go. That level of slow experience and buildup towards a starting role matters a lot as well.
