The powderpuff girl's league has better coaching than the trash we have.
At some point they really can't be called coaches anymore. Coaching presupposes that there is some sort of knowledge to pass along.
There is nothing to be passed along. Terminate them all today. Bring the new coach in and give them an ultimatum - get it done or lose your scholarship. Eliminate the softness from the team ASAP.
