He is 19yo. Even cam ward had bad games in his 4th year at wsu. You clearly can’t see talent. This kid needs to work on things but he has a ceiling that is a ton higher than at least two kids on Miami’s roster. I’d say 3 but I haven’t seen Luke throw offside of high school videos.
