USC can beat boston college. It's just hard traveling west coast to east coast, to play a bad weather game against a team you think is inferior to you, after you just won a dog fight against the defending PAC 12 champs.... Same thing with VT. Kids don't get motivated to play every week.

Not physical enough. That's always been the danger with Sarkisian teams. USC always plays Stanford tight but Stanford's style can transfer from site to site and situation to situation. USC looked like they showed up expecting to prance to victory via flare passes and none of the annoying stuff like actually hitting people would be required.

Besides, that read option is annoying when you don't know the opponent's personnel and tendencies. That Boston College quarterback looked like Pryor out there tonight, and like he should have been a 4 year college starter running that offense. I felt bad for him considering this is his final season and it's taken until now for someone to place him in his best role.

So because you praise a coach it means they never lose? Get off it. BC is a tough ****. I wish we was like that. They are committed to running the ball and know how to do it. And in the NFL u see it all the time. West coast teams come east coast and lose all the time for some reason.
