That conduct language is for players but won’t hold up for coaches. Plus Khan is not American so they want to take his money.
Shad Khan IS an American, has been since 1991.

Shahid Khan is a naturalized citizen. I believe he's been in the US since he was a kid. That conduct language is for players but won’t hold up for coaches. Plus Khan is not American so they want to take his money.

Lol, that will never happen. Also can Tebow get hurt by this through association? That grifter needs to be brought down a peg or two.
Lol, that will never happen.
Teblow has actual worshippers, like legitimately has a cult in Northern Florida.
Yeah those are all good points. Since we’re talking about a third-party being involved here, I am not wholly familiar with all the intricacies of what is, in essence, a three-way contract between coach, owner and the league, or at least with the league having contractual input on things that you mentioned by code of contact.
I do deal with contracts on al most a daily basis, but since these are B2B contracts, it’s a completely different animal than an employment contract or a personal services contract.
My only experience with employment contracts is the employee agreement that I operate under which basically I just signed, it wasn’t like like a negotiable deal, it’s pretty much a boiler plate that everyone that works at my level has to sign. Noncompete stuff mainly.

These guidelines are for players - coaches only fall under ‘detrimental to the league’. This lightweight stuff won’t apply to owners and coaches. He might negotiate down but he’s getting most of that contract.
Remains to be seen. There's also a separate Code of Conduct for coaches, and I'd wager serious cash that "striking or kicking a player" is something that is not allowed by the NFL. I highly doubt that Urban's genius representation could either negotiate for an "allowed to kick players" clause or delete the "not allowed to kick players" clause prior to signing...
I realize that this video involves a coach on the collegiate level, but I was watching this Gaytor Bowl game live and I remember thinking it was wrong even as it happened:
Ok, negus been here for eons and racist **** happens daily on every level; I’m talking about access, power, influence and perception.’They’ are going to protect Urban because of his position and what it represents.Shahid Khan is a naturalized citizen. LMFAO, how had I never seen this until now?!
It's all good, sir, I totally understand your perspective. To maybe simplify it, it's the functional equivalent of if you signed an employment contract, and then your contract said you had to abide by the Company Handbook, which is a separate document. You may even have to sign a 1-pager acknowledging that you "read" the Company Handbook and agree to abide by it. But you don't have to duplicate the entire Handbook in each contract, you just "incorporate it by reference". Then, if you violate some clause in the Handbook, it might be possible to terminate the employment contract for what is, essentially, a term or obligation that was defined elsewhere, meaning NOT in the contract itself.
The world is getting more complex, I think my most recent on-boarding involved two dozen documents to sign/acknowledge.
******* lunatic religious right weirdosLol, that will never happen.

IDGAD what Khan’s paperwork says, post 9/11 they would of called him a Sand Nickel and locked his *** up. And to quote the redneck mechanic at the Dade City tire place, “they gon pay Urban Meyer causa Whyte Pour.”
I’m thinking $2-4M per year over 15years or something like that. We’ll see.
