Everywhere Meyer's gone, he's won, and his offensive design has worked. It worked well enough to make Alex Smith a #1 overall draft pick, and to get Tebow drafted even though he obviously lacked NFL skills.

Everywhere Golden's gone, he's been right around .500, and his defensive design has not worked.

Aside from the fact that he's soft, he's also just not very smart. He talks like he should be smart, but no.
