Does it make any sense for a team to so loudly broadcast their draft plans?

While it makes sense for them to draft a QB (ANY QB at this point), the people I know that follow that team seem fully convinced that they're going to take a hard run at Romo. If you do that then I don't think you take a QB in Rounds 1 or 2 until at least the following season- especially with this shaping up to be a weak QB class.
