This has always seemed to be the case, Rousseau seems to have the Chad Thomas profile.

All speculative, but just looking at the big weight gains he made quickly last year.

I said that in an earlier thread. When I watched him, I saw him at LDE, or Chad Thomas' old role. I think he plays SDE and allows Garvin to do his thing. Garvin can make himself a fortune in 2019.
