You've mentioned this before, but I don't see your point as a negative.

People claim our staff is full of quality recruiters. So, he just need to keep enough of them around to bring in talent.

Even if what you say is accurate, he's a quality coach. We've already got a HC who's legit on the recruiting trail ... I want a coach who can develop the talent and actually, coach. Whittingham seems to fit that description.

There are only a few elite guys who can recruit AND coach. And we're not getting any of them. So, get me the coach who knows his strengths, and hires a staff to offset his weaknesses. If the position coaches and coordinators have to be the recruiters, so be it, IMO.

He is not a good coach. He is a corch. His teams were good when he had the remnants of Urban Meyers recruits there. As soon as they were gone. Nosedive.

He is NOT I repeat, NOT a good coach.
 
Actually after dude left they moved to the PAC whatever, from mountain west. Had to have that adjustment period since they weren't playing cupcakes no more. Kinda like tcu. And he gets quality recruits from Utah and AZ while fighting off USC, BUY, UCLA, ASU, OK, OREGON, ND for those big Samoan/Hawaiian boys. Recruiting in the west is tough since there's less talent pee caput than anywhere else. The south is crawling with 4 &5 * talent and 3* boys just as good as them.

Meyer left Utah in 2004 Utah didn't join the Wack12 until 2012. That's a gap of 8 years. During those 8 years the only teams he had that were any good were when Urban's recruits from 2003-2004 finally became upperclassmen. If you want Miami to be an 8 win team forever (with the possibility of an amazing 10 win season every decade) then Whittingham's your man.

HIS TEAMS ******* SUCK!!!! HOW HARD IS IT FOR SOME IDIOTS TO UNDERSTAND THIS PLAIN AND SIMPLE FACT?

The one thing I will admit he does well is bowl prep. He learned that from Urb and that is the only part of his corching that is noteworthy.

He doesn't clean up on any Samoan or Tongan recruits. His DC Kalani Sitake the Tongan cleans up on all the recruiting.

Same here. Was sweating it out until Pitt beat Miami's *** luckily so there wasnt a chance of the Utah vs Miami matchup. Utah would've clowned Miami's worse than anything you could ever imagine. Miami isn't even in the same galaxy with Utah at this point. Don't think Miami could even compete with their second team with our coaches vs theirs.
 
Yea I let out a big **** you when I heard Weddle say that. Sad part is that was all could say. We are so terrible right now that i refuse to let anything else about this team get me upset me.

I washed my hands with the bucs about 3 weeks ago.

Never give up on your team! As a Jaguars-Magic-Marlins-Canes fan, it hasn't been much fun lately for me either.

I hear you. Im a rays-bucs-magic-canes fan myself. I haven't gave up. I just feel like it's time to lower my expectations with this team and TB. That way, I will not get as frustrated as I been these last couple months. At least it's clear what Orlando is trying to do and why they are sucky right now
