We are the ONLY team in the country to ban players from arm sleeves. Not even in the indoor for practice which is strange. The whole fumble excuse is garbage. Look around and all the playmakers in ncaa and nfl wearing them.

I understand it’s about winning football games but if you think about it it’s kinda ridiculous

Look good play better .. Swag on the field and dominate your opponent.

I don't care one way or the other but that doesn't make any sense unless you know that their ball carriers wear them and they don't complain about the ball being harder to carry.

Whooping the $%^& out of the other team is called dominating. Thats what canes do. Making every other team fear the crap out of us.

Do any of those affect game play? Nope. If Richt believes they make it easier to fumble then don’t wear them. Even defensive players who don’t touch the ball still have the chance to be running with it after a fumble.

Okay. I think it’s a good rule. I played ball and wore sleeves, they definitely affect grip on the ball.

Also we aren’t Bama or Clemson. They are dominant teams so they’ve earned the right to wear whatever the **** they want.
