Serious question, is there a more undisciplined college football team? Name names?

And what do analytics (ask Manny) or the Vegas wise guys say about the odds of winning when a team commits 10 or 11 penalties to go with 5 turnovers?

Fsu is pretty bad.

Difference is they have an excellent running back and OC.

For decades Canes teams have had an inordiante number of penalties, from procedural to over agression. I can't think of an extended time where we weren't flagged a ton of times a game.

Difference is our great teams found ways to overcome them while our mediocre ones have gotten beaten by them.
