Underdog role might serve Miami best

Pitt's average margin of victory vs p5 schools is 3 1/2 points.
Their margin of victory vs. Youngstown St, Ohio, and Delaware is 6 1/2 points.
They average less ppg vs p5 than GT.

It's going to be close, like all of our games, like all of their games.
If you don't think so, don't reply, just lay the 5 1/2.

You’re not allowed to talk football here anymore. Jenn Strawley and banners are the only things allowed to be discussed. That’s how you convince recruits to come play for your program. You bash it and make it as toxic as possible. Common sense, man.
keep posting ... the law of averages says eventually you will write something worth reading.

These kids only want to play when it’s a nationally televised game.

I was thinking...some kids sign with Miami just bc it’s Miami and that comes with a certain type of lifestyle. They don’t really care if they win or not. I’m starting to think we have some coaches with that mindset too. Get paid guaranteed millions while living the Miami life. Winning comes second. One of our greatest gifts in recruiting coaches or players is also a curse.

Re-name it NO INSIGHT board. It's a total JOKE.

Sure, we’ll see if they band together on the road staring at 3-5. Or they can fold like a cheap circus tent and the spiral downward will continue.

Yes, we should embrace the suck. Recruits love that.

Yeah, this totally seems like a team that just needed a spark. Not at all like one of those teams that just decide it's not really worth the effort.

Or to give one, if we are as talented as we think we are. We'll know soon enough.
That's just it, we have talent. No one will ever convince me the Citadel has more talent than us, yet they can beat GT and we can't. Talent isn't the issue. Coaches getting **** little from it is the issue. Are we the 2001 Canes? No. We also are not the 1997 Canes.

I don't think the 1997 Canes were any worse than this year's squad. Sad to say, but I think it's true.

We had no business losing to GT based on talent. But we aren't talented enough to beat anyone gifting away 9 points on chip shot field goals and a fake punt for 7 more.

Coaching is a big part of it, but **** players, do the basic requirements of your job when they're on the field.
