The sky is falling. It was definitely a bad game. Every contender showed weaknesses this weak. We needed a close game and slap in the face.

You are aware last year we lost at home to L'ville and then to SMU ?

Does the team that showed up today win a title? Absolutely not.

But you could’ve said the same thing multiple times last season. Louisville, SMU, Stanford, Syracuse.

Who knows if this team gets better or worse between now and December.

This team is actually deeper and more athletically talented when healthy than last years team.

We are an elite team but

Our oline is mediocre. And I don’t think it will reach natty level this year

Our QB AND WRs(outside of mali) may be closer to above average than they are elite

Every team has flaws but the questions is, how much better can we get from now to the playoffs?

Last year we could bet on us having the advantage in the trenches on both sides every game, this year we don’t have the advantage with our oline at all and the dline is matchup dependent. We may go undefeated in the regular season but idk if we are built for playoff football like last year

We are built just as well actually better than last year if we get healthy on defense. We will not play that bad again on defense this year. Mark my words.

You’re a mid level poster with zero football knowledge.. Do you even watch football? What teams today showed you how far superior they are? one of the mighty SEC teams that fell today? Indiana or OSU? ND and BYU scare you? Tennessee got your panties in a bunch?

If our oline is having problems with wake/clemson/fsu then we are not close to last year. We’re built well and every contender has flaws but i would much rather our flaws not be the oline
