People hyped Howell up way too much

He had 38 TDs (only 7 INT) as a true freshman and +61% completion.

He had 4 games less than 60 (Clemson, UVA, VT and Duke). The Duke game was AWFUL but he had 348 and 5TDs against VT and 353 and 4TDs against UVA. Clemson is Clemson.

I think the kid deserved the hype.

I never bought the Babers hype for one second. My short list was Cristobal for the moonshot, then more realistically Heupel or Clark from UAB (yes, really. He's a great coach)
