Shapiro was described by the lead investigator as the most convincing and accomplished liar he had encountered in his career with the FBI investigating these kinds of cases. There is no defense for Shapiro. He was an awesome coach for us ... Should have stayed and reaped the rewards of the dynasty he built. But he chose a different path!

It's a different day in college football ... Butch isn't the coach Saban or Meyer are ... And at his age, he won't "develop" into them. He missed his window to be an all-time legend. Sucks for him, and sucks for us ...

No recruit is considering Miami because "Butch might be the coach" ... They don't care about him!
