As tough as it is to say, this is becoming a coach graveyard...if I were a coach that wanted a long and stable career, Miami would not be an option for me. I'm a CANE 100% but the reality is that this isnt the place to be for any up and coming coach. The fan base is super tough (delusional), the South Florida recruiting drama is horrible, and the admin handcuffs every coach we get. I still watch every game, have season tickets, and support them, but I am fully embracing the suck!

A better option would be to hire Kendall Briles name him QB coach and passing coordinator and let Brown keep his money but be the the running game coordinator his title be Co-Oc but let them merge a new playbook and let Kendall call the plays

Right! Youtube Babers lockerroom players motivation and you'll see what miami will be getting. Coach Babers motivates his players in the lockeroom and it transfers to the field.
