If Thomas is out I'd like to see them put Pruitt in. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but it looked like Thomas was mostly playing nickel and Fitz was at safety. Pruitt played nickel one play on 3rd and short. VT hasn't been a threat to throw the ball so more size - pause - the better out there.

One has nothing to do with the other. In fact I would argue it will enhance what we do if we sped things up. Offense is all about opportunity and when your the more talented team you want more chances not less. We let :26 bleed off the clock at the end of the 1st quarter. If you call the previous play you should already be thinking, we need to get a play in and get up to the line to get another chance. Instead we huddled and the personnel wasn’t installed until :05 left. It’s just lazy.
