Excellent catch by Lofton, but it’s as clear as day, he needs to take his off-season approach when it comes to strength and conditioning to a whole other level! I’m a little shocked of how out of shape he looks, now I know he’s been injured, but you can still be putting in the work in the gym and reshaping your body. The guys gut looks like mine and I’m 45.
