You’re right and wrong. They do NEED to act and behave, but unfortunately it IS that hard for them as supported by the bad penalties. The after the play stuff by VT is ridiculous. Clearly orchestrated by their staff. We need to learn to let it go.

So we call a timeout and they don't review the play. Then just as we stuff them on 4th down the refs suddenly decide to whistle it dead and review it long after they had an opportunity. Then they don't overturn it...then they don't call forward progress being stopped and give them the 1st down. Where the **** did they find that incompetent bunch of idiots to officiate this game?
