Ref with the best view says short. Refs with the bad view says first down. Head ref agrees with the refs with the bad view

They give it to tj regardless. They blew that whistle cause they wanted to flag Miami for a late hit and it back fired.

They're reviewing it with the expressed intent of upholding it. That's how you handle the cheating.

If the ball was in his left arm, which i believe it was, then he was clearly short. If it was in his right arm you can argue to uphold the call. Regardless the line judge who could NOT see the ball made the call and overruled the line judge who could see his arm (and marked it short).
