I’ll never understand shotgun on 3rd and 1.

Because if you are a shotgun team, and you are going to run it, running it out of shotgun is just as efficient as running it under center. On a wet field, at least you don't have to worry about Beck falling down going backwards. He can catch the snap, hand it and the back also has a split second longer to pick and choose.

They keep using that wham block with the receivers and TEs in motion turning up and blocking the second level on running plays. Eventually they have to go P/A off it.

I know the OLine is really, really good, but when everyone in the stadium knows where the ball is going it's incredibly hard to convert.
