No he wouldn’t. Great point that is rarely understood because UM and OSU and “rivals”. They are very different schools with different priorities concerning education and athletics. OSU has an SEC mentality towards football And education. Michigan has an ACC mentality towards football, basketball and education.

The schools focused on football spend a great deal of money to win. i attended Miami and Michigan. Neither school spends like the SEC, OSU or Clemson. If focus means money then yes, the schools focused on football Win.
