According Bama sources Saban was pushing for him to stay. Also a lot of DB ahead of him are leaving. Why not compete? It is Bama if your goal is to go to the league you are in the right spot.

I'm not disputing his talent potential that we haven't seen on display at college level yet....I just don't think he has proven to be better than what we already have on the roster....at this point we need impact guys imo....
