Pipe and wire prices change every month and every vendor sends their prices list the 1st of the month. You have an idiot contractor who doesn't know anything about purchasing pipe and wire.

Also, LED fixture pricing varies depending on the manufacturer, style, wattage, etc. A 150w 5k wp isn't going to be the same as a 150w 480v pole light

Good luck quoting switch gear. The nema 3r enclosures from Siemens and SQD are pretty backed up production wise.
