While the call for banners and ads in the Herald is understandable, wanted to propose another alternative.
Why not go directly to the board of trustees? They influence who the next president will be and their influence will cascade down to the coaches and the culture of the U like it's happened for the last decade (the wrong way). If we want things to be like they were, maybe these are the people to call?:
