Diaz message has been accountability since he got here and after watching this video the hire makes even more sense.

You know what's also an important word in football, talent. You aren't going to win many games with a bunch of talent-less accountable players.

UCLA is an example of a program who aren't olympic lifting. I'm sure they are the minority but not the only ones. Here's an interview with their director of football performance:

I agree that S&C coaches can get too much scrutiny when there are so many factors that go into winning games.

From the few videos/interviews I watched of Feeley, it looks like he uses olympic lifts and runs a program similar to the majority of others throughout the country. Unfortunately he's testing the players with 110's and, from a 2012 video, looks to be a fan of doing drills in the sand.

Didn’t we use to have a sand pit on the practice field? I remember seeing all the players coming back over the summer to workout in it.

I will say what I want to see. I think its easier to tell how good an s&c guy is by the oline/dline guys I want to see Donaldson lose a lot of that bad weight get down to 330 area. I want to see my linemen look like those at bama/Wisconsin with huge butt/legs I want to see my interior dline looking like bama's that's what I want to see cause I believe its easiest to tell if guys are out of shape on those positions and in Miami guys were even if willis dominated he looked like he wasn't losign bad and gaining good weight on his frame
